Position: Revenue Management Consultant – Chinese & English speaking
Location: Beijing, China

Job Summary

Key objectives are to provide Revenue Management support to clients using Infor Hospitality products. Primarily focused on hotel revenue management applications. Revenue management consultants ensure clients receive quick resolutions to allow them to optimize their use of Infor applications whilst building strong professional relationships through interaction and account management.

As Revenue Management Consultant, you will be providing support and advice to our existing Hotels & Resorts globally. Your key objectives are to ensure clients get a quick response and optimise their use of the system whilst conveying a professional image.

Main Duties

？ Answer questions from our customers on our range of Infor Hospitality RMS products (support portal and phone)
？ Support the clients’ use & knowledge of the revenue management applications
？ Fully responsible for the resolution of issues you are handling
？ Proactively keep customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention
？ Develop and maintain an advanced knowledge of hotel revenue management, RMS applications (and corresponding interfaces) to become an expert.
？ Create and maintain documents in our global knowledge database, both for internal purposes and to distribute to clients
？ Ensure familiarity with and adherence to Infor standards and guidelines
？ Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require

Experience

Essential
？ Hospitality professional with experience in Hotels, Resorts or Travel Industry

Desirable
？ Revenue Management or similar experience
？ Strong understanding of hotel distribution


Desirable Qualifications

？ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Hotel Administration or Business Administration

？ Strong analytical skills
？ Clear communication and organisational skills
？ Independent and motivated
？ Confident with the use of computers (expert in Excel, Word, Power Point)
？ Possess strong problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical abilities
？ Flexible and adaptable to multi-cultural environments
？ Highly capable in basic mathematics, including the calculation of common statistics, ratios and percentages, and a working knowledge of simple algebra
？ Excellent written and verbal language skills in English

Desirable
？ Any additional language is a plus
