在生产经理的带领下, 负责生产工作. 充分体现此岗位在改善生产效率,质量,安全,以及交货及时性方面的关键角色作用.
Under the direction of the Production Manager, has overall responsibility for driving shift productivity process. In this position, This role will be a key resource in leading and improving the shift productivity, quality and safety, delivery.

College degree and above. Education background in chemical is preferred;

熟悉精益生产,六西格玛,5s, PDCA工具
Know about the Lean Production, Six Sigma,5s, PDCA.

Good English in oral and writing;
Experience
经验 
1、3年以上在汽车或者化工行业同职位的工作经验. 有复合贴合工艺工序的管理经验优先录用。
3 years+ working experience in a similar role within automotive industry or chemical industry, preferred the experience of flame and belt lamination.

Good teamwork spirit;

Strong skill in interpersonal, communication;

Results orientated.
Job Specific Comments
工作内容 
1、带领员工在保证安全和质量的前提下,实现产能的要求
Guide the shift to meet the each process capacity requirement, ensure the safety and quality.
2、按照生产计划做好员工和设备的合理安排,并控制过程中的待滞品
Follow the production plan by good machine and manpower arrangement, control the WIP.
3、和技术,实验室,质量部展开良好的合作, 保证生产活动有序顺畅
Coordinate with Technical, Lab, Quality department, ensure the shift production activity running smoothly.
4、和QC一起合作及时清除所有的保留品, 并实施偏差放行或者返工
Work together with QC to clear up all the blocked material, carry out immediately to release or rework after evaluation.
5、有效的生产异常的分析和排查, 保证各工序的记录输入及时有效
Efficiency production trouble shooting, control each process paper record and system data input correctly.
6、负责主持班次交接的会议,保证各工序班长有充分信息交接
Organize the shift handover meeting. Ensure each process shift leader has good shift connection.
7、参与过程质量的分析, 并执行控制各工序按时提交PDCA
Involved in in-process quality issue analysis, carry out PDCA control of each process.
8、参与客户抱怨的问题分析,和质量工程师一起分析根本原因,并实施改善对策
Involved in the customer complaint discussion, work together with QA to analyze root cause and make corrective/preventive action plan.
9、参与生产效率,质量和成本的改善项目中
Involved in the projects to improve the efficiency, quality and cost.
10、训练各工序班长和操作工,保持较高的团队凝聚力
Coach each process leaders and operators, keep higher team cohesive force.
11、确保工厂内的5s
Keep good 5s of workshop.
12、负责员工对话,激励下属, 建立高效的团队, 并努力提高改善员工的满意度
Responsible for the dialogue with operators, coach and motivate subordinate. Build up high performing team and improve employee satisfaction.
13、建立和各层面有效的沟通渠道和方法
Establish effective communication channels in all layers.
