Responsibilities:

-To develop high-street trendy smart casual urban products on schedule
-To manage the product development critical path from conception to production
-Handling both men & ladies seasonal collections
-Coordinating with R&D department developing innovative concepts
-Setup Product Development Team
-Sourcing fabric & trims independently

Requirement:

-Degree/ Diploma in apparel, textile, design or related disciplines preferred
-Capable to well manage & develop product plan seasonally, annually and within budget
-Thorough in product development including calendar, schedule and all kinds of technique
-Strong in fit and garment construction
-An effective communicator to work with various level and departments of people
-A smart leader who can understand macro & company goal and drive the team to achieve company business target

-Hardworking with positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
-Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, Photoshop, Coreldraw
-Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
-Over 5 years experience in product development or design
-Excellent sense in fashion, material and color trend, creative and detail-oriented
-Outdoor woven & knitted wears technical knowledge preferred
-Fluent in English and Chinese
