7年以上人力资源或管理经验
1年以上管理经理经验
-在制造行业质量相关学院或机构，半导体行业工作经验者优先
-要求：
员工关系管理的基本知识
了解装配及测试行业
-优秀的人际和沟通技巧在中文和英文
-强大的多任务能力，注重细节
-能承受工作压力和复杂的环境
公共关系能力，大型活动的策划和组织经验。

Job Description:
- Employee Relationship Management Department Manager
- Responsible to the Employee Relationship Management of Employee benefits & Staff activities

- Management of Employee Clubs
- The construction of enterprise culture

Qualification:
-Education Background:
- Bachelor and above

- Major in Human Resource , MBA, etc.

-Working Experiences:
- More Than 7 Years HR or ERM Experiences
- 1 Years above ERM Manager Role Experience
- Experience in manufactory \Quality Related Institute or Agencies, Semiconductor Industry is Preferred

-Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Employee Relationship Management
- Understanding of Assembly&Test Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in both Chinese & English

- Strong multi-task skills and detail oriented

- Able to work under pressure and complex environment

- Public relations ability, Large-event Planning and Organization experience.
