JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management
1. Process orders for Customers within China Region - both internal and external customers - within 24 working hours
2. Provide an Order Acknowledgement to the customers within 24 working hours from order receipt
3. Upon receipt of pick up instructions from customers, would arrange the packing
4. Invoice the customers on the same day as shipment
5. Raise orders to suppliers within 24 hours from receipt of customer orders
Warranty
1. Process Out of warranty, No-Fault Found and other warranty related orders
2. Provide necessary details for finance's approval
Reporting
1. Provide Customers with a weekly report on their orders - every Monday
2. Provide the team with a consolidated report on all customers orders - every Monday
3. Provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team
Job Requirement:
Bachelor regardless major
5 years of Customer Services experience
Good speaking and excellent in writing, CET6 preferable
ERP and Excel experiences
Good communication skills and diligent
