KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责

- Responsible and maintain GC monthly closing topics from Controlling side

- Update and maintain GC consolidated routine reports, e.g. GC order entry, sales, working capital

- Monitor and maintain all intercompany agreements (PCM) and commissions

- Monitor all service cross charges between China, Headquarters and other subsidiaries

- Monitor all intercompany related transfer price topics as window person

- Conduct proactively as window person in GC Controlling to coordinate with other functions e.g. accounting, tax, legal, customer service and other counterparts in Wacker subsidiaries.

- Support and coordinate BP5/BP1 budgeting procedure for GC business service functions / corporate functions for all Chinese legal entities

- Other ad hoc tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件

- Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Controlling/Business Administration

- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Controlling in a multinational MNC company

- Understanding of commercial context and business needs and related risks

- Good communication skills, open-minded and self-motivated

- Familiar with SAP/CO and MS Office/Outlook

- Fluent in reading and writing English
