职位描述
建筑施工图负责人任职要求：
1、 有较强的建筑方案设计能力、图纸、方案表现能力，熟练掌握3DMAX、AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、sketchup等专业绘图软件；
2、 建筑等相关专业，本科以上学历，具备五年以上制图及叁年以上带领团队经验及独立完成施工图的能力；
3、 熟悉建筑施工工序和出图规范，掌握现行相关工程、设计规范及规定，懂预算及市场材料运用；
4、 熟悉建筑机电设计相关知识与设计流程；
5、 组织协调能力强，具有一定的项目现场设计配合经验，熟悉工程进度要求。
岗位职责：
1、 全面负责公司建筑施工图设计工作；
2、 负责组织部门人员参加公司相应会议，组织内部会议；
3、 负责建筑施工图设计团队，含机电设计中水暖电相关专业设计的管理工作；
4、 负责组织内部员工培训；
5、 负责与公司其他部门沟通协调事宜；
6、 负责与客户及相关单位进行外部沟通协调事宜；
7、 负责公司领导安排的其他事务。
