Your role

/ Manage the daily operative work of an interdisciplinary creative team of 30 people consisting of event, exhibition and motion designers as well as strategists and planner

/ Train and supervise the creative team, thus promoting excellence and developing talents 

/ Engaging, earning client trust together with business head to grow the business

/ Maintain high standard creativity of creative team to ensure: pitch winning ratio; win creative awards

/ Improving working process to ensure account and creative work with high efficiency and smoothly

/ Take pitch briefs and turn them into original, vibrant brand experiences

/ Create brand activation campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and participation in both analog and connected digital environments

/ Foster cooperation with the account service directors handling the clients and projects as well as with creative counterparts in the other Uniplan Offices

/ Directly reporting to the Managing Director China

Your talent

/ A minimum of 4 years relevant career experience within a known digital / creative brand experience agency

/ Strong knowledge in a broad range of design fields – but not limited experience design, brand development and interactive media to interior design, print design, layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography with a sense for space, volumes, forms and materials

/ Great communicator with strong presentation skills, impulse generator and driving force, you bring a strong passion for digital trends and brand culture

/ The ability to balance the daily hands-on operative work with strategic and managerial tasks while remaining structured, calm and solution-oriented

/ Capable of developing, coaching and motivating individuals and teams thanks to extensive leadership and people supervision know-how and strong interpersonal skills

/ High self-motivated and ambitious

/ Understand the emotional effects of a brand and the human needs to connect with experiences via online social channels

/ Excellent presentation skills both in Chinese and English
