工作内容：

1. 洗擦，整修和磨地面。

2. 对地面上蜡。

3. 地毯吸尘。

4. 地毯清洗。

5. 打扫所有的大楼楼梯。

6. 打扫所有的外部公共区域，如果需要的话，进行冲洗。

7. 清洗所有的大楼楼梯。

8. 清洗所有的大楼表面。

9. 收大楼内的垃圾。

10. 打扫和清洗垃圾筒。

11. 执行领班布置的特殊任务，
