Responsibilities:

• Work with scrum team to define the scope and strategy for testing
• Own quality strategy of assigned scrum team to ensure a right level of product quality
• Ensure right level of testing activities perform along with product design/implementation
• Design and implement automation testing framework independently base on project requirement
• Set up, maintain and improve the framework and test scripts continuously.
• Find and research testing tools base on project requirement, evaluate benefits and risks for each solution
• Execute all test cases to cover the defined businesses’ scenarios
• Run regression tests, both automated and manual, against existing features.
• Analyze test results and work with developers to define and report bugs
• Oversight, tracking, and analysis of cross functional efforts
• Drive the velocity of product development together with scrum team

Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years Software Engineering experience in Software Testing and Test Automation. (at least 2+ years mobile and web application testing)
• Experience in automation test framework, tools, such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Familiar with programming languages: Python, or other scripting languages
• Self-driven, will work under minimum supervision and find creative solutions to problems.
• Ability to achieve results, meet deadlines, and adjust to quickly changing priorities in Agile
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and self-motivation
• Experience working in Insurance/Healthcare is a strong plus.
• Actual project experience in API testing is a plus
• Experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
• Experience in different kinds of testing (Features testing, Regression testing, System Testing, Performance Testing and UAT) is a plus
• Good communication skills and fluent in English and Mandarin
