职位描述：
1.定期与供应商联络，根据工厂订单计划，即时下单，并督促供应商发货，跟踪货物情况。
2.采购订单ERP系统数据录入。
3.配合销售部门和生产部门做好货物的催交工作。配合财务部门催讨发票。
4.每月供应商账单清算，并申请付款交采购主管审核确认。
5.协助采购主管完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
职位要求：
1.熟练运用办公软件，具备基本的电脑运用技巧。
2.接触过ERP系统优先考虑。
3.接受能力强，严谨认真的应届毕业生亦可。
4.沟通理解能力强。
