This Marketing Specialist must possess the following skills and attributes: Proven written and editorial skills; time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once; strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work at a fast pace, unsupervised; and demonstrated knowledge of social media and online marketing practices is preferred.

Essential Functions

This Marketing Specialist performs the following essential functions:

• Researches and develops ideas and creates/edits content including but not limited to product stories, website and blog content, email campaigns, social media posts, articles, white papers, and more.

• Collaborates with marketing and design team to ensure steady flow of content creation that supports marketing strategies for both current and future audiences.

• Develops and maintains strategic content marketing plan for all media outlets.

• Ensures all content meets high-quality standards and corporate style while staying informed of current trending topics, new developments in marketing, and industry best practices.

• Copies/edits/proofs all content and copy for printed and digital marketing materials.

• Assists Asia senior marcom manager as needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience

• Experience creating content for the web and social media channels

• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

• Ability to analyze and present content and social performance

• Experience with Google analytics, the top social channels

Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
