Drive the overall performance and reliability of the plant machinery in electrical and mechanical related

- Be responsible for the emergency machinery process breakdown case by utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in electrical and mechanical which escalated from technician team
- Be responsible for the machinery preventative and predictive maintenance routines setup
- Support new fixed assets purchasing project
- Support the implementation of improvement projects and reliability studies to reduce manufacturing/process downtime
- Remark: Besides basic responsibilities, the employee should take on the responsibilities defined in the PDA System and accomplish the other missions arranged by his/her supervisor

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years’ maintenance experience in related industry, familiar with CNC and Test equipment is preferred.
- Understanding of the applicable production process.
- Detailed Understanding of Failure Analysis Techniques.
- Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules, AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens, OMRON), FANUC CNC, and Good knowledge in type and routine test of LV motors is plus.
- Understanding of CMMS software, LV & HV electricity operation certification are needed.
- Good PC and Microsoft office skills required.
- Proficiency in English & Chinese is must,
