- Develop, recommend and implement annual and long-range strategic plans for LPG Product Sales Marketing. Includes sales forecasting and budgeting activities for sales and marketing.
- Formulate, recommend and implement policies and programs in the areas of sales, distribution, pricing, acceptable profit margins and related activities.
- Maintain and continually improve the LPG's competitive position.
- Ensure maximum sales volume and profits, at minimum cost.
- Provide direction for the Regional Sales in the area of Hub sales, marketing, and advertising.
- Advise the Head of Global PG Sales Manager regarding market trends. Provide responsive recommendations and insights for long range as well as short term planning.
- Ensures the proper training and development of all sales and marketing staff personnel.
- Be significantly involved in the development of the LPG's Sales compensation structure, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout. Recommend improvements to the existing compensation structure to better motivate sales team.
- Be a key player on the top management team. Work closely with and maintain open communication with the LPG Manager and all top managers of operations, administration and finance, in order to smoothly coordinate and interface the sales and marketing activity.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical machines, electrical or Mechanics.
- Background in sales of LV motor. Good application know-how e.g. for Compressor, pumps and fan, crane, Marine, W&W etc.
- 5 years of managerial experience in S&M as a minimal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original market/industry opportunities.
- Good in English communication.
- Ability to work globally within different cultures.
