按照日本本土工资结算 根据经验19-28W日币/月，另外有各种补贴
入职后直接飞日本名古屋总公司进行培训，培训完毕后开始进入项目组
成熟后可回上海分公司发展，工资还是按照日本本土工资拿

Our aim is to provide a Linear Supply Channel for customers from product design all the way to merchandising the product on the shelf. Targeting this goal, Solent has actually made investment into product design and development, manufacturing process, factories plants, quality control system, logistics process and so on which depends on what would bring the highest efficiency into the business.
