Position Overview
Associate Admin Manager is responsible as team leader for managing the operational aspects of the office. Essentials are set up, manage and ensure flawless and timely execution of all admin related tasks, guidelines as well as processes that ensure a fluently run office.
Responsibilities
Office Management
?Implement admin related policy and regulations based on a strong knowledge of office management and daily best practices;
? Review and update daily working SOP to ensure that all admin related tasks are properly and timely executed.
? Deliver a positive attitude to colleagues to be able to take part ownership in a high energy, can-do business atmosphere in the office.
Cost Control
?Manage the full vendor management cycle from requisition, sourcing, comparison, selection, implementation and analysis.
? In charge of formal and informal budgets including expenses, events, travel.
? Generate reports on monthly spending, cost analysis and other related reports upon requests.
Company Activity Organization
? Take lead of Chinese New Year Party to ensure its high standard.
? In charge of organizing different kinds of company events and activities with creativity and originality.
Team Development
?Manage the team by dividing tasks and responsibilities in a trackable and consistent manner that guarantees the best support to the office.
? Develop team members professional & potential by variety of ways including self-learning, internal training as well as cross-functional working opportunity.
Proficiencies
?Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image.
? A role who is a Self-starter, Solution driven and Multi-tasker.
? Able to establish a well-functioning network of internal and external contacts to ensure the fluent running of an office.
? Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
? Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
? Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
? Possess a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above;
? At least 3 years relevant experience in relevant functions;
? Strong Communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
? Mature, creative, independent and strong sense of responsibility.
