工作职责:

Work plan: Propose the target, achieve the parts related to product design within department goals.

工作计划：拟定工作目标，达成部门共同工作目标中与产品设计相关的部分。

Product design: Finish the design work accurately and timely, release 2D/3D drawings to meet the demands of client. Modify the design according to the situation to fulfill the requirements of product function. Design fixture, gauge of product and etc. for product development and process. Cooperate with industrial design engineers, mold flow analysis engineer and other internal members of department to facilitate the follow-up of products development and production, so to accomplish the product design task. 

产品设计：精确及时完成设计工作，输出2D/3D设计图纸，满足客户需求。根据实际情况进行设计修改，达到产品功能要求。设计与产品相关的治具/量具等，以利于产品开发及生产的后续进行。协助配合外观设计工程师，模流分析工程师等部门内部成员的工作，以更好完成产品设计任务。

Design review: Organize review meeting for all formal products to ensure the correctness and effectiveness of product design.

设计审查：所有正式产品均组织召开设计审查会议，确保产品设计的正确﹑有效性。

Product innovation: Optimize the structure of innovative products, increase the added value/ reduce the manufacturing cost of the products.

产品创新：优化创新产品结构,提高产品附加价值,降低制造成本。

Others: Other related work of design, comply with the safety rules of company, ensure work safety.

其他：完成其他有关设计的工作。遵守公司规定的安全相关规范, 确保工作安全。

任职资格：

College degree or above, major in Mechanical， Mold or related specialty.

机械或模具相关专业毕业，大专学历以上。

More than three years working experience in relevant packaging product design.

具有三年以上相关包装产品设计工作经验。

Proficient skills in NX 3D design software.

熟练NX 3D设计软件。

Proficient skills in AutoCAD 2D design software.

熟练AutoCAD 2D设计软件。

Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and dedication, can work under pressure, cooperate with teammates.

强烈的工作责任心、诚实敬业、能在压力下工作、能与工作团队合作。

English CET - 4 above.

  英语CET-4以上。
