7.  Check sale contract and make sure revenue recognition compliance with terms of sale contract. .

9.  Issue VAT invoices via e-tax system and manage VAT invoices 
10. 票系统内开具增值税发票，并对其进行管理
11.  QAD system maintenance, efficient and accurate

13. Accrual the gap between the shipping quantity and invoice quantity in QAD system 
14. /span>QAD系统内计提发运数量和发票数量之间的差额
15. AR balance management 应收账款余额管理
16.  Reconcile AR balance with the QAD system, ensure general ledger and sub ledger are reconciled 对QAD系统内的应收账款余额进行对账，确保总账和明细账余额相符
17.  Collection settlement in QAD system, investigate the variance of un-reconciling items 
18. /span>QAD系统内对已收款项进行核销，调查未核对相符的差异
19.  AR aging real-time report 
20. 应收账款账龄表的编制
21.  Follow up with the over-due AR
22. 期的应收账款的后续跟进
23.  Responsible for bad debt and warranty reverse. 
24. 坏账准备的计提及保修费用的冲销
25. Maintain monthly sale report for actual and provide price and volume information for purpose of financial analysis/reporting.

Management Activity 管理职责:

1. Sales and margin contribution rolling forecast according PCL department's volume 
2. 物流部门提供的数据编制销售及毛利的滚动预算表
3. Sample and prototype invoice issued and record in Formstack 
4. 发票的开具，并在Formstack 系统做相应的记录
5. Assist with internal/external audit for related fields. 
6. 关领域内协助内部审计及外部审计的工作
7. EPOR system budget maintenance and weekly sales forecast report preparation.
8. /span>EPOR系统维护预算信息，按周编制收入预算表
9. Other ad-hoc assignment from line manager.

Qualifications任职要求：

1. Has at least 3 years working experience as a GL accountant or AR Accountant in manufacturing or retail enterprise
2. 3年在生产型企业或者零售类企业担任总账会计或者应收账款会计的工作经验
3. Bachelor Degree or above
4. 本科或以上学历
5. Good oral and written English
6. 的英语读写能力
7. Good Excel skills
8. 运用Excel
9. Outstanding communication skills and team work spirit
