Responsibility

    

1.       Lead a cross function team including NPI, Process, SW, Test, tooling, production and other functions to accomplish a dedicated task within committed schedule, budget and quality.

    

2.       Ensure the documentation readiness related to new product introduction, such as WI, PFMEA, Station BOM, DFM, industrialization Plan, Manufacturing Plan etc. and successfully hand over to volume ME.

    

3.       Follow up all activities in new product transfer phase which are defined in PLC procedure and NPI procedure.

    

4.       Failure analysis, work with team to take actions to improve FPY and reduce scrap rate.

1. Support the Prototype and Pre-series build, trouble shooting and work with team to find RCA.

        

6.       Work with tooling designer for new fixture/jig to meet the process requirement.

    

7.       Evaluate or qualify for any change of material/process/new tooling, etc.

    

8.       Continuously optimize process setting to improve process capability.

    

9.       Provides technical support to production in preventing/resolving material and/or process-related defects.

1. Demand vs capacity analyses, Cycle time analyses and Station balance and layout design for related product

        

11.    Ensure operators get training on new processes and/or improvements on existing processes.

    

12.    Project management for required improvement or automation target

    

13.    Other tasks assigned by supervisor and management.

    

    

Team KPI:

• Respect the project DR schedule
• Project Pre-series On time delivery to request and Pre-series cost
• Ramp up and volume Delivery Capability Creation criteria and KPI’s
• Number of DFx solutions proposals and share before/after ramp-up phase
• Other normal factory KPI’s e.g. Yields, ppm’s, productivity, OTDr, VA cost

Skills, knowledge and abilities

        

1. 5 year minimum experience in communication industrial manufacturing

    

2. Fluent in English

    

3. Excellent presentation skills, including in virtual meetings

    

4. Project management and strong execution

    

5. Personal drive/ autonomy

    

6. Excellent organizing skills
