Core Responsibilities:

Actively working to identify and meet the needs of current and perspective customers by promoting and selling related products from suppliers in Homecare, Industrial and Institutional Cleaning applications.

• Understands customer application requirements and work with supplier to develop mutually beneficial product innovation roadmap to ensure long term business sustainability
• Build a growth portfolio for short/medium/long term opportunities with high probability of success
• Defines annual, value-creating goals consistent with business strategy.
• Maintains relationship with existing customers and develops new customers
• Produces appropriate sales forecasts and is able to capitalize on/ compensate for market changes.
• Collects market information and provides data reports to business head

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree at least and above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Marketing or Business Administration 本科及以上学历，期望专业：化工，化学，材料，市场或管理相关
• Minimally 3 years of experience in chemical relevant industry such as homecare, personal care, industrial cleaning. Knowledge and experience in detergent related solvent, surfactant, filler products from international or domestic suppliers or distributors will be advantageous. The experience in commercial, marketing or technical service role is required. 三年以上在家居护理，个人护理，工业清洗等相关行业的工作经验。对于洗涤剂相关的溶剂，表面活性剂，填料有深入的了解。在洗涤剂或者工业清洗相关的生产商或者经销商做过销售，市场，技术等有经验者优先
• Travel Requirements: This position may require extensive travel within certain geographies. 该岗位需要在全国范围内的密集出差
• Language Requirements: Good written English 优秀的英文读写技能

Primary Location 工作地点

· South China, Guangzhou or remote office 华南，广州或者远程办公
