1. Work with paid search business and analytics partners to support paid search operation and analytics for international countries.
2. Work with data warehouse and other internal data platforms to extract related data to support various strategic business initiatives.
3. Ad-hoc analysis & projects to support business requirements.
4. Apply advanced statistical methdology to develop robust models to support business initiatives in Internet Marketing or Loyalty for various lines-of-business and channels.
5. Mentoring and coaching junior members, driving internal operational excellence, and developing career for the team.

1. Bachelor degree at least in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, or MBA, etc.
2. Both work independently and as a good team player. Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Able to handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through.
3. Experience and understand about Internet marketing, web analytics and e-commerce.
4. Working knowledge of advanced data mining tools such as SAS Enterprise miner is a plus.
5. Minimum 5+ years in related areas.
