System Consultant (Level 2 Support)

Location: Shenzhen, China, Infor Nexus Office

Position Summary

System consultant (Level 2 support) provide technical support to customer service teams and work with internal teams to analyze issues, identify workaround and resolutions, bugs or required development work to resolve customer’s difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

? Monitor system health status, communicate and escalate health issues as and when appropriate. Take appropriate follow-up action for system performance issue.

? Handle daily assigned cases following defined process and provide technical support to customer service teams for application and messaging issues.

? Interact with Professional Service Organization to gain knowledge and understanding on customer solution and technical setup requirements.

? Collaborate with PSO, QA, and global Messaging team to determine problems and potential workarounds/solutions.

? Report problems/errors in Infor Nexus system and recommend resolutions.

? Test development fixes upon request.

? Handle technical setup and change request for customer activation.

? Document supporting procedures and solutions for common problems.

Key Requirements/Experience

? 2 - 5 years of experience in technical support, application testing, quality assurance, production support or technical customer services.

? Bachelor degree in Information Technology.

? Working experience in data center operations, data integration, internet protocols, communications/transmission protocols (AS2, FTP).

? Knowledge of factory management process, financial or physical supply chain ERP implementations experience a plus.

? Working experience and knowledge in banking, global supply chain such as Carrier, Logistics, import and export industries a plus

? Knowledge of EDI, EFT and XML transaction processing.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Strong communication skills and a team player.

? Able to master business spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Fluency in other Asian languages an added advantage.

? Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
