Your challenges:

• Serves as the subject matter expert within the tier 3 core network infrastructure to provide expert level support and resolution for complex issues. 

• Design and deploy secure networks inline with corporate strategy and standards, improve current enterprise network solution and develop new network solution.

• Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting mainstream network devices, including HP switches, Cisco routers and firewalls, etc.

• Manage supplier by regular review on performance.

• Ensure network services reliability and availability.

• Create technical handbook / guide / manual for tier 1 & tier 2 supports and provide training.

• Build synergy with Headquarter team to exchange projects and support.

If you are qualified with below requirements:

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with architecture and provisioning of MPLS or DMVPN networks and products including traffic engineering, L2/L3 VPN, and VRF.

• Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, MPLS, IPSec, BGP, OSPF, IPv6, QoS, Multicast, ACLs, VPNs, AAA, VLAN, Optical, Structured Cabling etc. 

• Knowledge in SD-WAN

• Experience in using network monitoring tools for performance, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning.

• Expert level internet working troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.

• Vendor management and negotiation skills.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science specialized in System and Network.

• CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)

• Good sense of technical trouble-shooting.

 

• Creative Thinking, Learning Agility, Flexible and shows initiative.

 

• Able to work as part of a virtual global / regional team with cultural, language, and time zone differences.

• Good technical know- how on Enterprise Networking environment.

• Good communication skill in English, French will be a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a major national company.
