1. 根据产品开发要求，结合公司实际生产加工情况与美国工程部和相关标准需求，制定项目完成计划，完成产品设计，出具设计图档，建立和维护物料清单和相关技术文件；并跟踪产品开发，参与设计评审，尺寸链分析，逆向工程等；及时跟美国工程师沟通产品设计相关问题；

   According to the requirements of product development and or reverse engineering, combine with the company’s production and processing situation and the requirements of the US team and relevant standards, formulate the project plan, complete the product design and 3D&2D drawing, establish and maintain the BOM and related technical documents, participate in the design review, dimension chain analysis, track the product development, etc; Communicate product design issues with US engineers.

2. 现有产品图纸的转换和优化:其他格式转化为Solidworks格式；

   Conversion and optimization of existing product drawings, other formats converted to SolidWorks format.

3. 协助产品设计更改、持续优化改进产品结构、产品送样、测试、检验安排等；

   Assist in product design change, continuous optimization and improvement of products, arrange sample delivery, testing, inspection, etc;

4. 整理和保存产品设计中相关资料；按照流程要求如实记录相关活动和结果；

   Arrange related design data and materials, record activities and results according to procedures；

5. 协助项目和其他相关同事解决生产的产品结构/设计方面的质量问题；协助产品/模具询价；

   Assist the PE, and other related colleagues to solve the quality problems in product structure and or design of production; assist RFQ of product or mold etc;

6. 5S整理。保持本部门的工作及样品区域的整洁。

   5S collation. Keep the Department's work and sample area clean.

7. 完成公司及上级交办的其他工作任务。

   Complete the other tasks assigned by the superiors.

8. 其它与新产品开发的相关内容。

任职要求：

1. 教育水平：大专以上学历，注塑产品设计、模具设计、机械设计或注塑成型等相关专业。

   Education level: college degree or above；Graduation of plastic parts design, mold design, mechanical design, etc.

2. 培训经历：Solidworks和塑料产品设计等相关技能培训；

   Training experience: Solidworks and other plastic parts design related training.

3. 工作经验：具有4年以上塑料及相关产品设计经验；熟悉新产品开发流程；有较强的沟通协调能力；粗略的平衡成本与质量的能力和意识；

   Work experience: Over 4 years plastic and related product design; familiar with new product development process; strong communication and coordination ability; balancing cost and quality;

4. 技能与能力：精通塑料产品结构设计, 熟知设计禁忌， 熟悉塑料件的公差标准，熟悉相关的产品设计规范，测试要求及行业标准（ASTM，NPT等）熟练的公差配合分析能力，较强的尺寸链分析能力，偏差纠正和预防能力；熟悉注塑模具结构和注塑工艺，懂得品质控制；熟练使用Solid works, Auto CAD等绘图软件，熟悉形位公差，熟悉OFFICE,WORD,EXCEL等办公软件；能熟练的读写英文邮件，能与国外工程师进行正常的书面和口语交流，能充分理解和掌握英文技术资料；

   Skills and abilities: Proficient in plastic product structure, design taboo, tolerance standard of plastic parts, related product design specifications, test requirements and industry standards (ASTM, NPT, etc.); proficient in tolerance and matching analysis, strong dimensional chain analysis ability, deviation correction and prevention ability; proficient in injection mold structure and injection process, and quality control; proficient in using Solid Works, Auto CAD and other drawing software, have knowledge on GD&T, familiar with word, excel and other office software; skillfully in reading and writing English, and communicating with foreigners in written and oral by English, can fully understand and master English technical data
