职位描述
Responsibilities:
• Manages day-to-day operations in Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the
division and with the interfaces.
• Ensuring optimum documentation of work steps in the company data systems.
• Conducting the annual sales planning and ensuring that customer-related forecasts are
constantly updated.
• Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives.
• Implementing framework conditions for the coordination of customer visits.
• Defining the area-specific industry channel sales strategy and deriving the operative goals
(e.g. portfolio business, new business, competitor share, new business areas/portfolio
management) for the area of responsibility, taking long-term strategic corporate goals into
account.
• Ensuring the compilation and regular updating of account development plans.
• Creating market development plans.
• Adapting and securing the global standards for the sales structures and processes, and
ensuring that these continue to improve.
• Ensuring that regional sales, turnover and profit targets are met in cooperation with the
respective business unit, as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential
and actual deviations.
• Continuously optimising the sales regions by assigning existing and new customers (leads) to
Sales staff.
• Ensuring and conducting market monitoring. Determining customer potential and analysing
the competition.
• Creating market development plans and updating them regularly.
• Ensuring the compilation and further development of account development plans in the
area of responsibility.
Requirements:
• At least 10-15 years relevant experience in related industry with 5 years’ experience in
managerial level.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication skills, passion and aggressive style.
• Must be results, process, and data oriented.
• Customer focused and self-starting.
• Ability to identify & drive solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to identify and execute a plan to achieve the strategy.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
