1. Completion and maintenance for price database

• Based on approved Quotation/Price Contract with customer, to complete, maintain and keep latest price detail/breakdown in product level, including PGM, substrate, MFG, freight, etc. and effective period of invoice price and actual price;

• Check and ensure each price detail/breakdown by material/OEM/Canner of sales order is in line with price database for non-PGM price conditions; Check PGM price and exchange rate with spot price confirmed by customer.

• Maintain PGM purchase cost and selling price per sales order, build up database to accrue monthly PGM reconciliation.

2.   Owner of price control procedure

• Set up, review and update process of price management inside/outside of SAP, including price master data, CR/DR, annual price down, PGM reconciliation, sample price, etc;

• Identify risks of current process, and set up price control procedure in both system and workflow; Communication and implement new procedure of price control.

3.    Manage price.

• Maintain price master data in Unify SAP according to price database.

• Check and approve all commercial agreements relating to price with customers;

• Check and approve all price adjustment (debit/credit memo) before customer service creates in SAP, ensure correct memo creation and remarks regarding different adjustment type;

• Check and approve all annual price down accrual and release;

• Ensure all price change in line with price database;

• Sample price control to ensure correct selling price and cost in SAP before invoice issuance.

4.    Support finance team.

• Keep update the actual/forecast price to support FP&A team in UBNR/SEPM actual/forecast.

• Provide reports and accrue of annual price down and PGM reconciliation to other finance team for month-end close and analysis.

• Monthly price exception report and analysis and signed by line manager to avoid internal control risk.

5.   Communication with related departments to identify latest price information and keep updating in price database.

• Work closely with commercial team to keep updating price database;

• Smoothly coordinate with AE/process departments to set up and update price information for new products;

• Team work in finance team and take the role of business partner;

• Remind commercial team to update price before valid period expires.

6.    Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

任职要求：

• University degree in accounting or finance.
• Fluent English (writing, speaking)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance accounting
• Excellent PC skills especially in Excel, PPT, SAP experience is preferred.
