1.Coordinate sales team by managing meeting, organizing workshops,filing important documents and communicating

relevant information to manager

安排销售部会议，协调会议，安排讨论会，会议纪要。和总经理保持良好沟通，确保传达正确信息给上司和团队

2.General manager daily task, GM customer help needs, follow up 总经理客户运营（补货，新品推进，付款跟进，等）

3.Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material 负责品牌货单，GENs 公司货单，安排好BD需要的销售资料（Catalogue，Flyers，样品。。。），以及有足够库存。提出可以完善资料的建议产品至可 销售状态（合格证，价签，等。。和财务核对销售价格（零售价）

4.Stock Management of all the POS, and make sure stock are well distribute, Provide reports 库存管理，确保库存的聊好运转，库存分析

5.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

负责解决客户投诉，如需要，直接和品牌方沟通产品问题，以及找合理解决方案

6.Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to CEO, and related colleagues

销售报告的整理和所有数据分析给到总经理，展示有价值的数据，给到相关部门。

7.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 负责所有BD发货需求和注意时间节点,负责所有销售相关的需要（调货，国外的需求等）

8. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems 如有销售流程上的意外，和自己有关的渠道和客户，或者BD需要运营配合协调的事宜

9.Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

协助整体团队的完好运转（侧重点在销售部）提意想法可以完善的流程或者方式和提升销售技巧的方式和资料。

10.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material orevents

活动，大型公司事情（如开店开业，走秀，等。。）协助市场部和BD的软装，采购，等。

11.showroom organisation and stock management工作室的成陈列和库存管理

任职要求：

1.熟悉零售行业

2.会说中文，英语（或/和法语）将是一大优势。

3.有同行业经验优先。

4.具备独立、认真，细心，负责的品质

5.具有良好的团队合作意识
