SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing routine field service on all HAAS machine tools, solve machine issues and maintaining the service database under supervision. Will provide accurate information when working with engineering.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Perform routine field service on HAAS machine tools;

对HAAS机床进行日常现场服务

2. Master all hand tools and special tools for service;

熟练运用各种专业工具

3. Solve service issues under supervision;

有效解决服务问题

4. Maintain the service database;

维护服务数据库

5. Work directly with customers;

直接服务于客户

6. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.完成上级交代的工作

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Pass Haas M&R Certification;

2. Machine tool assembly and repair experience;

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 教育和经历

The certificate from college or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

大专或技校毕业证书;或3-5年相关经验和/或培训;或同等学历和经验的结合。

LANGUAGE SKILLS

1. Solid verbal and written skills;

良好的口头和书面表达能力

2. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English and Chinese. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence;
