Responsibilities：

? Be responsible for Medical team. 

? Research, write, and edit clinical documents, including clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, IB, ICF, RMP, clinical plan outlines, and scientific manuscripts. Provide writing support for more complex clinical documentation, with appropriate departmental supervision. Provide medical editing review of draft and final documents prepared by other writers before internal or external distribution. Coordinate and conduct internal team review and address comments. Perform literature searching and reviews as necessary. Review statistical analysis plans and mock statistical output to assist in determining appropriateness of content/format for clinical writing. Performs other tasks as directed by the line manager.

Qualifications：

Post graduate degree or PhD. Graduated from an accredited institution in Life Sciences or Health-related Sciences, or equivalent.

Medical writing experience in Pharmaceutical company or CRO, at least 1 year.

Experience in clinical study design and protocol development and CSR/writing.

Good communication skills required.

Experience using computerized systems (PC-Windows and MS Office) 

Read, write, and speak fluent English
