任职资格：
1、重点大学本科以上学历,城市规划与城市设计或相关专业；
2、五年以上相关工作经验，具有较强的方案主创及专业技能，能够作为骨干完成大型项目的方案规划；
3、具有三年以上城市规划或建筑设计经验，熟悉国内规划相关规范；
4、具有良好的沟通能力、汇报能力以及项目管理能力；
5、担任过团队负责人，具有良好的协调能力，及团队管理能力；
6、有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑；
7、注册城市规划师优先考虑；
8、具有大型新城规划、新城设计、社区、旅游规划经验者优先。
