职位描述
Preparing project plan and timeline of projects to meet the requirements
Designing formulation, collecting experimental and test data to meet project objectives
Tracking project progress, test progress to make sure development work is conducted on time
Preparing samples for performance evaluation, and support sample preparation as required
Documentation experiment records, reports, presentations, sample information, ect.
Following company process standards for product development, and update projects in systems on time
Following Life Saving Policy.
Behavior following EHS requirements, including but not limited to near miss reports, PPE wearing, raw material safety evaluation, etc
Person Specification
- Master or above in catalysis chemistry, material chemistry, chemical engineering or colloid chemistry
- Have a good work ethic and positive work attitude, strong learning ability. Good teamwork.
Have a hard-working spirit and good physical fitness.
- Good communication skills – verbal, written in English
- Good experiment design and project management skills
- Good chemical analysis understanding and data analysis capability
- Experienced in using office software especially word, excel and powerpoint
- Good team working capability
