职位描述
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop body electronics, or manage supplier to design and develop body electronics. Technically support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
- Collect and analyze technical requirements from customer
- Packaging study, homologation investigation, technology feasibility analysis
- Write specification, define functionalities and interfaces for body electronics
- Draft feasible proposals matrix (technology / cost/timing) during development
- Monitor supplier to deliver functionalities according to functionality release steps
- Validate the functions and performance of body electronics on vehicle intensive testing, Labcar testing and bench testing according to functionality release steps
- Work with OEM together to manage body electronics suppliers
- Vehicle testing together with cooperated departments
- Support prototype vehicle build up
- Analyze failures and prepare failure reports, prepare proposals with suppliers together to close open issues
- Work with Module Group Leader together to prepare regular states report
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Electrical, electronics, automotive or related majority
- At least 4 years experience on automotive body electronic system, familiar with BCM, Rear Video Camera, switches, actuators and other body ECUs
- Good knowledge of application software, API of basic software package, and diagnosis on body electronics
- Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred
- Familiar with international standards and regulations for body electronics
- Capable of analyzing root causes for errors were found during the validation
- Proficiency on the computer and engineering development applications for body electronics
- Capable of using CANoe, DTS, V-flash tool and other related tools
- Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
- Supplier management experience
- Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills
- Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
