职位描述
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for product development of Cooling system, according to the internal/external specification and customer requirements.
- Define and release product technical documents, including RASIC, drawings, BOM, DVP, DFMEA, CR and technical specification with supplier.
- To assist in the selection of the most appropriate technologies, materials, and suppliers for component parts or systems
- To support build phases during the project providing technical leadership to cooling issues during prototype/Test/Lunch phase.(e.g. design issues, supplier issues, prototype vehicle build up issues, testing & validation issues and launch issues etc.)
- Perform or supervise benchmarking, vehicle cooling performance target setting and thermal management test in China test track/wind tunnel to optimize vehicle cooling performance
- In depth knowledge of the design and integration of the cooling system. Able to calculate system sizing and cooling performance in order to match engine and power train requirements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree (or above) in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering, master degree preferred
- More than 5 years working experience in Cooling system development.
- Good skill of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5
- Outgoing/confident nature and ability to work as part of a team. Should possess very high degree of self motivation.
- Leadership and Management skills
- Communication skills with International exposure
- Fluent in English
