职位描述
Job Responsibility:
- To breakdown the Department targets up to own Group level, define necessary plan and correction actions to fulfill the targets.
- To leading the group grows in quantity and competence according to department defined targets.
- To be responsible of the group assigned work packages deliverable quality. Track and report about status to department leader / PM.
- Group disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all group subordinates and suppliers, final responsible in front of Department leader and PM. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates.
- Define, track and amend the personal development of every of the group subordinated together with Department leader. Define necessary promotions, training, personal support, etc. Required to support the professional development of the Group subordinates.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major.
- Familiar with overall vehicle development process and have 6-8 years experience in automotive industry, especially the vehicle test field.
- In solidly knowledge of vehicle road & bench testing, Data capture, Signal analysis, engineering theory.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Good business acumen, communication and coordination skill.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Hones, self-motive, independent, performance driven, innovative, able to work under pressure.
