销售工程师 底薪+提成 (工作地点-安徽合肥)

SUMMARY

The Sales Engineer is to conduct the sales activities in Hefei region; keep customers with the up-to-date products and service information; work with other functions to deal with customer requirements or complaints etc.

Complies with all company policies and procedures, and adheres to company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Promote products to customer and develop/maintain customer long-term relationship;

向客推广品,/维护户长期关系;

2. Make sales strategy and achieve annual sales goal;

制定销售策略,完成年度销售目标;

3. Clarify customer requirements clearly, both technical and commercial;

明确客户的需求

4. Inform customers of new products and services as they are introduced;

向顾客介绍新产品和服务

5. Identification of potential markets in the responsible territory;

挖掘潜在市场

6. Push to resolve A/R and other issues.

有效解决处理银收账款和其他问题

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1. Ability to influence or convince other people; strong communication and analysis skills;

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. The certificate form college or technical school, willing to understand technical details;

大专或以上毕业,愿意了解技术细节

2. At least 5 years working experience in machine tools industry, minimum 3 years sales experience with the solid commercial talent.

5年以上机床行业工作经验,3年以上销售经验,有扎实的商业头脑。

LANGUAGE SKILLS

1. Must have excellent interpersonal & listening skills; 良好的沟通和倾听技巧

2. Good presentation skills.良好的表达能力

COMPUTER SKILLS

Solid knowledge of MS Office. 熟悉运用办公软件
