Responsibilities:

- Reconcile the daily boutique and wholesaler transactions and bank statements

- Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records

- Maintain and monitor related customer accounts A/R aging

- In charge of inter-company transaction records, reconciliations and settlements

- In charge of some monthly closing JE entries and reporting

- Communicate with retailers and boutique about tax issue

- Maintain all other financial documents as necessary



Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above in Accounting with professional qualification is preferred

- Minimum 4 years' accounting experience with at least 2 years' experience in MNC / retail industry

- Proficiency in computer literacy

- Self-initiative and attentive to details

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua

- Have experience on ERP(Oracle or SAP) system
