Key Accountabilities 主要职责

 

Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders that allow the position to be the voice of the Customers and Sales.  Sales results are directly linked to positive Customer experiences.

?       Ensures customer order and sample requests are fulfilled in full and on time though effective coordination with other key internal and external stakeholders.

?       Ensures requests for information relevant to customers are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.

?       Provides effective administrative support to Local Customer Service Supervisor and Sales team.

?       Attends sales seminars, customer service and sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends and regulations in the marketplace as required.

?       Performs any other duties or projects requested by the Local Sales team in line with training and qualifications that may be delegated to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required 知识，经验和技能要求

 

Skills

?       Capability to interact with Sales team, Customers, Distributors and key internal stakeholders.

?       Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

?       Highly organized and detail-oriented.

?       Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

?       Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually.

 

Knowledge

?       Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and logistics management.

?       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. In particular: Outlook, Excel, and Word.

?       Knowledge of Cognos BI, JDE and CRM software systems

 

Experience:

?       0-2 years of Customer service or sales experience.

?       A marketing background role is preferred.

Remark: This position can accept undergraduate also.

              Prefer Shanghai local citizen.
