Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure quality infrastructure services with improved service level by managing the delivery services of third-party vendors.
• To ensure that the Bank’s IT needs are met in a cost-effective manner by collaborating with external vendors to implement the latest proven technology that is applicable to the bank.
• Meeting internal Service Level agreements.
• Deliver good value and the right level of quality in terms of availability, access, security, pricing and timeliness.
• Responsible for cost and expenditures to be within approved budget.
• To govern network & firewall tower with bank staff and vendors;
• To govern CUS (collaboration user services) tower with bank staff and vendors; including end user security and senior management support;
• To govern T&M infrastructure with vendor staff and cross team partners;
• Tracking for EOS (End of Support), vulnerability;
• In charge of device engineering to ensure all products used in bank comply with standards;
• Support DBS China business growth in IT areas such as new branch opening, data network deployment, network security and rationalization, etc.
• Capacity Planning - ongoing reviews of capacity plan
• Change Management - approve change requirements when required
• Delivery Solutions - identify deficiencies, define requirements, approve upgrades and major changes, prioritize and approve delivery schedules, approve delivery solutions
• Quality Assurance - request post-mortem review on major problems, conduct or participate in post-implementation review meetings
• Third Party Vendors - provide information regarding internal focal points for support and for any third-party contract arrangements
• Security/Audit/Risk Management - ensure compliance with related DBS policies, coordinate audits and ensure service provider acts on recommendations. 
• Disaster Recovery - define disaster recovery requirements, authorize disaster recovery plan, and approve changes to the disaster recovery plan.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant working experience in IT industry. Good knowledge of banking business and technology.
• Experience (minimally 2 years) in providing Banking IT infrastructure support areas covering network, firewall and vendor management.
• Has capability to support Desktop, DHCP, Active Directory (limited), File Servers will be preferred.
• Has capability to support trading floor and able to deliver IT solutions from infrastructure perspective.
• Has security concept throughout network, firewall, desktop/workstation and end users daily operations.
• Strong project management skill will be preferred.
• Leading team experience will be preferred.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/mandarin. Ability to speak Cantonese will be preferred and interpersonal skill set with senior management.
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Experience in working in a local or foreign bank will be preferred.
