Key Responsibilities

- Provide contracting assistance in respect of

   - Ad-hoc queries from the business

   - Management of queries

   - Guidance / protocol development

   - Template development

   - Document management

- Providing legal assistance in respect of

   - Personal Data / Privacy IP Protection Issues

   - Specialized Laws: anti-money laundering / anti-bribery & corruption / competition laws / anti-trust / sanctions

   - Finance / procurement / leasing / marketing sponsorship contracts

   - Company secretarial matters

- Manage legal know-how

- Provide legal advice

- Conduct Legal research on functional legal issues and contracting matters

Job Specific Requirements

- Degree holder or above with 3 – 6 years post-qualification experience 

- Sound knowledge of corporate, commercial, legal and regulatory matters

- Good organizational, problem-solving and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail, proactive and committed to quality 

- Able to work independently as well as being a team player

- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
