1. Fullfill the recruiting tasks

2. Assist in annual headcount planning

3. Complete monthly and yearly headcount report & org.chart updating & visual board updating

4. Fullfill the training tasks on time

5. Conduct relative HR activity for employee relationship.

6. Assist in commitment review

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. Recruitment

1.1 Pre-market sources establishment (web, agent, newspaper, network, intern, school, etc.)

1.2 Responsible for full-cycle recruitment from application to offer handling

1.3 Establish talent pool

1.4 Coordinate newcomer on board preparation

2. Training

2.1 Maitain training database and resource database

2.2 Summarize the annual training category for department

2.3 Communicate closely with BU to set down the annual training plan

2.4 Training plan implementation (including Internal/External and etc.)

2.5 Follow up training feedback

2.6 Organize the orientation for new employees

2.7 Pre-prepare and follow up for training bonding according to training policy

3. Employee Relationship & Others

3.1 Coordinate and support the issues of HR Briefing

3.2 Organize the annual party and big events of company

3.3 Conduct & analysis employee satisfactory survey report

3.4 Update relavent HR procedure and policy

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格

1. College degree or above with major in Human Resource Management or other related field is preferred

2. Good command in English

3. Be good at related office software (word, excel, PPT, visual)

4. At least 3 years’ experience of HR Recruiting or training.

5. At least 1 years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company

6. Pharma industry background is preferred
