Job Description:

Marketing:

• Organize marketing promotion (including media cooperation, etc.)
• 编制市场推广（包含媒体合作等）
• Responsible for the content of promotional materials
• 协助完善市场文案、宣传资料的撰写
• Online and offline promotion planning and execution
• 和线下推广方案制定和执行

Key account management

• Client service and key accounts training
• 客户的培训
• Provide sales support from medical perspective and training for the sales team
• 售部门提供各种药学专业的销售支持、知识培训；
• Provide customer insights through analysis and data mining
• 通过分析和数据挖掘提供行业洞察
• Structure the client project, alignment with the management team and execute the agreed project plans to deliver high quality reports and analysis with meaningful insights
• 构建客户项目，与管理团队保持一致，并执行商定的项目计划，以提供具有深刻见解的高质量报告和分析
• Provide business intelligence in the fields of R&D and related technology platforms
• 提供研发和相关技术平台领域的业务情报

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above, pharmaceutical, marketing and other related professional
• 及以上学历，药学，制药，市场营销等相关专业
• 3 years or above working experience in Pharmaceutical industry or B2B account management preferred
• 3年以上市场部或大客户工作经验，医药行业工作经验优先考虑
• Very strong analytical ability to translate the analysis results into clear insight and recommendation for our client
• 较强的分析能力可将分析结果转化为客户所建议的清晰见解
• Strong analytical and writing work foundation, good at learning new things and solving problems in work with innovative thinking
• 具有较强的分析和文案工作基础，善于学习新鲜事物并用创新思维解决工作中的难题

• A strategic thinker, a strong R&D “know how”, focusing on excellent understanding of data, data structure and segmentation as well as strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• 战略思想家，强大的研发“know how”，重点在于对数据，数据结构和细分的理解，以及强大的利益相关者管理和沟通技巧
• CAR-T related research experience and consulting experience preferred
• CAR-T相关研究经验和咨询经验者优先
• Strong B2B market awareness ability, able to keenly grasp the market dynamics and direction of the industry
• 有较强的B2B市场感知能力，能够敏锐地把握行业市场动态、方向
• Organized planning and speaking skills, with certain negotiation skills, good at communication
• 有组织策划及演讲能力，具有一定的谈判技巧，善于沟通
• Prioritize marketing, channel development and sales experience preferred

• 有市场推广、渠道拓展及销售经验者优先考虑
• CET-6 or above, good at English speaking and writing
• 英语六级以上，口语及读写能力良好
