Primary purpose of role:

The position is key products quality guarantee role who report to PSQ manager , main responsibility are assist PSQ manager to establish Costa QC management system , back to daily job will be spent at least 3 days per week base on DC to inspect & monitory products quality both inbound & outbound against Costa standard, products scope cover food, beverage ingredient , merchandise & material which will potentially contact with food directly. The job holder also require strong communication skill which can coordinate with PI,SC & suppliers.

Key Accountabilities:

1.     Assist to build up & optimize QC management system which including products standard, inspection procedure & process, store quality monitory procedure…etc

2.     Work with PI , Technical team & supplier to formulate products quality attribute which can identify defect level & acceptable range.

3.     Response for DC inbound products inspection & random supplier pre-shipment inspection against Costa products quality attribute.

4.     Support Campaign products trial run production calibration & logistic testing from quality point of view.

5.     DC daily management related to products safety & quality including temperature, pest control……

6.     Random logistic temperature checking & daily record monitory

7.     Work with cross function handing & investigate products complain related to quality issue

8.     Organize Quality training to cross function team when necessary
