Responsibilities ：

- Assist Account Directors in managing all aspects of client real estate assignments, including review material specifications and liaison with client and internal services lines to push for on-going project

- Gather supporting documentation to coordinate with brokers and different service lines in Asia Pacific Region

- Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings. Including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and arranging travel itineraries and meeting room reservations. 

- Update and maintain various information and property portfolio real estate databases.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Skills & Experience ：

- Bachelor degree in Real Estate or equivalent courses.

- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.

- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Powerpoint, Excel, Word, internet research and Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point).

- Result oriented.
