Key tasks and responsibilities:

    

1. Will be responsible for Sales Administration Support. Assisting Sales Manager on administrate activities

  

2. Work closely with sales and commercial team including distributors, follow up sales operation document, policy, flow chart and report, build up an efficient sales operation system, coordinate the supporting system to fulfill customer order.

  

3. Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and sales campaign. Conduct marketing investigation including supermarket survey, competition information collection, and price comparison.

  

4. Sales, commercial and marketing activities coordination

  

5. Tracking of the key tasks. Able to complete task within deadline

  

 

  

Qualifications:

    

1. College certificate or above

  

2. Good planning, analyzing, communication and coordinate skills

  

3. Good team player with solid interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external partners

  

4. Honest smart and hard work

  

5. Aspirant, creative, full of passion and optimism

  6. 2-3 years working experience in FMCG or Imp & Exp is preferred
