       Key tasks and responsibilities:

• In charge of general SH office daily administration operations including travel booking, visa application, company activities, office stationery supply, meeting coordination, etc.

• Routine maintenance of office equipment & machine, contact with relevant vendors or supplier for all repairs and maintenances, maintain stationery supply.

• Receive all expresses and letters and deliver to each department.

• Office expense general claim, control administration related cost and budget, and sending report to headquarters

• Act as the assistant of China Managing Director, to deal with the ad-hoc tasks.

• Support to each department when it is necessary.

   

  Qualifications:

• Colleague graduated.

• Good written and verbal Mandarin and English abilities.

• Good communication skills and detail oriented.

• Positive attitude earnest 、Patient & dedicated to details, sense of responsibility，hardworking, team spirit is necessary

• Pleasant disposition with neat and professional appearance.

• 1-2 years admin service working experience is preferred.
