·Set-up tools, adjust and troubleshoot injection molding machines as well as auxiliary equipment and automation equipment to produce plastics parts according to daily production schedule and ensure that the product meets the quality requirement.
安装模具，调试注塑机及其辅助设备并解决相关技术问题以确保按照质量要求和生产计划生产注塑件。
·Start up/shut down injection molding machines, automation equipment and auxiliary equipment in a safe and cost effective manner in accordance with the production schedule and by the directives issued by the supervisor.
按照生产计划的安排和工程主管的指导安全地启动和关闭注塑机及其相关辅助设备。
·Check safety systems every time any equipment is started up and report any safety malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
每次设备启动时检查安全系统，并将安全故障报告给当班班长。
·Troubleshoot the equipment in order to produce a product which meets the quality standards required by the Q.A. department.
解决设备产生的问题以确保生产出的产品符合质保部要求的质量标准。
·Communicate efficiently with the supervisor regarding machinery and product quality status throughout the shift.
与每班的班长有效的沟通设备的状态及产品的质量状况。
·If any machine, tooling and/or automation damage or breakdown occurs. The supervisor must be notified and a trouble report must be submitted to the shift supervisor by the end of the shift.
如果机器、模具或其它设备损坏或发生故障，要通知当班生产班长并提交故障报告。
·Assist the supervisor on directing operators for duties and if required relieve operators for breaks.
协助生产班长对操作工进行指导，如有需要代替操作工操作。
·Keep the equipment clean during the shift. Clean up tools, clamps, hoses etc. after each set-up.
保持每班的设备清洁，负责清洗模具、夹具等。
·Communicate effectively with the previous and the next shift set-up staff on the production status.
对于生产的运行状况与上一班和下一班班长进行有效的沟通。
·Perform any other duty as required pursuant to the function of this position as directed.
履行本岗位所要求的其它所需职责。
·Three to five years’ experience as a molding technician in a plastic injection molding shop. An ability to change and install molds as well as setting-up and programming programmable plastic injection molding equipment is essential.
具有3－5年注塑模具车间技工工作经验，能够安装、调试、更换注塑设备及其模具。
·Familiar with Engel, Battenfeld injection machine.
熟练操作恩格、巴腾费尔注塑机。
