职责描述：
Key Summary: Coordinate with internal/external interface to keep the smooth local ligistics activities;
Inventory control to keep a healthy stock level;
Preparation of monthly/weekly inventory report

- Daily coordination with internal/external interface to keep the smooth logistics activities

- Kit repacking management
？ coordinate with marketing for the kit material delivery
？ coordinate with 3PL to ensure the kit repacking on time & on quality

- Inventory control to keep the healthy stock
？ assist in the stock analysis to detect the risk of overstock/short expiry
？ stock allocation follow up

- Freegoods process control (online)
？ collect and record online freegoods applications
？ coordinate with 3PL for the GH adjustment
？ coordinate for the delivery

- Preparation of monthly/weekly inventory report

- Maintenance in Dynamix: MDM / stock transaction / stock reconciliation

- Ad hoc tasks
职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Major in Logistics, supply chain, international trade or related;
3. 1-2 years experiences in warehouse management /logistics industry is preferred
4. Effective communication skills and strong analytical ability
5. Result oriented, proven ability for problem analysis and solving, can work under pressure
6. Structured and be able to influence changes
7. Good oral & written English. French will be a significant plus
8. Proficient Microsoft office skills
