4. Plan and coordinate the schedule of new comers’ training.
5. Daily job takeover.
6. To deal with the abnormal conditions.
7.To trace the abnormal lots and analyze the reason of reject lots.
8.Coordinate and communicate with related departments.
9. Plan and execute the project.
10. Supervise the attainment of quality,efficiency,throughput and yield for each shift.

职位要求
本科，理工科专业，男，具备领导力、抗压性、洞察力、主动学习能力及责任感，具备良好的沟通、协调能力。能适应轮班、夜班。应届生亦可，有经验者优先。
