Key Responsibilities:

主要职责：

• Communicate with clients and follow up with site survey and installation schedule;

负责与客户沟通确认测量及安装计划

• Schedule Site Survey, Installations and Maintenance requests with client and coordinate internally with supervisors & installers for store visiting arrangements;

负责安装领队及工人的测量及安装行程安排

• Store information collecting and tracking;

负责门店信息登记及更新

• Work with PM & Logistics dept. to check fixture availability and arrange shipment;

与项目部及物流部合作确认家具库存情况及运输

• In charge of attendance records, flight/hotel booking, etc.

负责考勤记录，机票及酒店预订等
