岗位职责： 

 1).在芯片产品研发阶段，与设计者一起进行测试方案开发，测试平台确定，硬软件准备，以及系统调试，样片测试验证工作;

   2).负责或参与芯片产品生产测试方案、测试规范的编制及CP/ FT测试程序开发；

   3).产品测试良率异常分析，负责对失效产品进行测试分析；

   4).产品测试（CP&FT）流程和测试程序建立、完善与维护。

  

任职资格： 

   1).两年以上IC测试工作经验，电子信息工程、应用电子技术、自动化等相关专业，本科以上学历；

  熟悉数电、模电电路；熟练掌握汇编语言、C语言进行编程；

   2 ). 熟悉IC制造生产流程、熟悉CP、FT测试生产流程；

   3 ).熟练使用一种以上测试机（Advantest 93K，CHROMA,J750，3380），能够独立使用测试机，进行量产编程；

   4 ).熟悉电子电路的原理,能使用相关软件绘制原理图、PCB；

   5 ).具有敬业精神、团队合作精神以及良好的沟通能力，做事踏实、认真、勤恳。
